About Peptides Emporium
An emporium invites browsing. The delight is in the provenance.
Misplaced credit
Borrowed credit irritates me. A hair result credited to GHK-Cu turns out to involve a combination containing GHK. A skin experiment measures copper. A familiar drug name turns out to belong to a related molecule. I prefer a modest finding with its provenance attached to a grand claim wandering loose.
Peptides Emporium is a personal collection of those questions about Melanotan II and GHK-Cu. The combination hair trial gave the collection its starting point. I admire a positive experiment; I also want each ingredient to earn its own credit.
The emporium name
There is no shop counter here: Peptides Emporium has no stock, checkout or shipping service, and it offers no consultations or prescriptions. Health assessment and individual treatment decisions are beyond this site’s scope. These pages offer an argument about published findings, and nothing here is medical advice.
The commercial sound of the name suits the jumble of claims around these substances. Sorting them has given me more questions than answers, especially about intact GHK-Cu reaching human skin cells and about which component contributed to the hair trial’s result.
What would earn more space here
A larger topical trial, with its formulation fully specified and its result replicated elsewhere, would be a welcome addition. For Melanotan II, the small efficacy experiments and serious harm reports leave long-term safety unresolved. A comparable human hair trial that separates GHK’s contribution from its partner ingredient would answer a particularly useful question.
The reading list holds the sources discussed here. A substantive correction is welcome at the editorial mailbox, particularly when it sends a finding back to the substance or study conditions that actually produced it.
